Our Promise
- All property is personally inspected and legal checks performed on the developer eg do they have planning consent? Is the area open to foreigners purchasing? Is the developer cash fluid? How long has the developer been trading and most importantly is the developer reputable? On satisfactory clarification the above points (and other checks performed) the development is then listed and to both the UK and Irish markets.
- Unlike some other agencies over priced property is not listed. If the developer does not accept our market valuation, the we do not sell it.
- TRD sell at cost price eg the prices are not hiked up to generate unfair commission.

Fees
Turkey RealEstate Direct charge purchasers a consultancy fee of 3% of the property price with a minimum fee of £2000 GBP (3,000 Euro). Other agents charge anywhere between 3-5%.
TRD offer a higher level of service to that of many other agents. For example:
- Property is personally inspected (some other agents currently selling homes in Turkey have never been to Turkey!)
- Developers are checked out prior to marketing. Very few agents will go to the time and more importantly the expense of performing this task.
- TRD has first hand, in depth knowledge of the country. A specialist agency that only deals with Turkish property.
- Fully escorted inspection trips from the UK and Ireland.
Beware of Agents who do not charge a buyers fee! A good indicator that excessive amounts are being paid to the agent from the developer eg the cost of your property will be higher as a result of this.
